Ingredients:
4 potatoes, cooked and sliced
¼ C. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 C. milk
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
½ C. onions, diced fine
¼ C. barbecue sauce
1 C. cheese, grated
Directions:
Layer half of potatoes in an 8 inch casserole dish. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and add milk gradually. Stir constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in salt, pepper, onions, and barbecue sauce. Stir in cheese until melted. Pour half of sauce over potatoes and repeat the layers. Bake at 350 degrees F. for about 25 minutes.
Ingredients:
5 potatoes
1 onion, sliced thin
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
Directions:
Peel and slice potatoes and onions. Layer in a greased casserole dish. Mix soups together and thin with one can of milk. Pour over potatoes. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour or until done. To turn this dish into a main dish, brown ½ lb. ground beef and add in middle layer.
8 cups washed and halved small red potatoes
1/3 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons butter
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Preheat the oven to 350F. In a large pot boil the potatoes for 5 minutes, just until tender (do not overboil). Drain and set aside. In a roasting pan combine the olive oil and butter. Place in the oven for a quick 2 to 3 minutes, just until the butter melts and tray is hot. Add the potatoes to the baking tray and toss well with the butter/olive oil mixture. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper to taste and roast for approximately 50 minutes. Basting and tossing half way through cooking.
Ingredients:
2 cups warm mashed sweet potatoes
Dash of sale
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons butter
½ cup milk
1 cup miniature marshmallows
Instructions:
In a large bowl mix the mashed sweet potato and all ingredients. Transfer to a lightly buttered casserole dish. Top with miniature marshmallows and a little brown sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 350F until the marshmallows start to brown, approximately 10 minutes.

1 (17 oz.) can sweet potatoes
1 /4 C. honey
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
Directions:
Drain sweet potatoes arrange in greased shallow baking dish. In small saucepan, combine honey, brown sugar, and butter. Bring to a boil. Pour over sweet potatoes. Bake at 375 F. for 30 minutes.
