    Ingredients:

    1 (3 pound) pot roast
    2 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    2 (16 ounce) bottles cola

    Instructions:

    Place the roast in the bottom of the slow cooker.  Place the mushroom soup in a large bowl.  Sprinkle in the dry soup mix.  Pour the cola into the bowl and stir with a rubber spatula until all the ingredients are incorporated together.  Pour the soda pop mixture over the roast.  Cover the slow cooker and set the cooker to the high setting. Cook 6 hours or until the meat is fork tender.

    Ingredients:

    1 1/2 pounds cubed beef stew meat
    4 medium potatoes (diced)
    6 baby carrots
    1 (14oz) can diced tomatoes
    2 cups beef broth
    1 cup corn kernels
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Directions:

    Place potatoes, carrots, and corn in bottom of crock pot. Sprinkle meat with a little salt and pepper and add to crock pot. Add tomatoes and beef broth. Cover and cook on low heat for 8 hours or until tender.

    Ingredients:

    2 lbs. Cubed Stew beef
    2 carrots (thinly sliced)
    2 celery ribs (thinly sliced)
    1 onion (diced)
    1 (14oz) can diced tomatoes
    3/4 cup barley
    1 teaspoon dried basil or oregano
    5 cups beef broth
    Olive oil

    Directions:

    Place cubed beef in frying pan with a little olive oil and brown over high heat on all sides. Place carrots, celery and onion in crock pot. Place beef on top. Combine untrained tomatoes, barley, basil, beef broth and pour over beef and vegetables. Add a little salt and pepper. Cover and cook on low for approximately 8 hours or until tender.

    Ingredients:

    1 1/2 lbs. Cubed stew beef
    1 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 medium onion (diced)
    4 potatoes (cubed)
    3 carrots
    1 small can of corn, drained
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    Garlic powder
    Salt and pepper

    Directions:

    Season cubed stew beef with a little garlic powder and place in frying pan with olive oil. Brown on all sides over high heat. Place vegetables in crock pot. Place beef over vegetables. Pour soups over both beef and vegetables. Add a little salt and pepper. Cover and cook on low for approximately 8 hours or until beef is tender.

    Ingredients:

    2 pounds sirloin tips (cut into 1-inch cubes)
    1 (14oz) can diced tomatoes
    1 can beef broth
    1 1/2 cup canned or frozen corn kernels
    3 medium carrots (sliced)
    1 medium onion (sliced)
    2 garlic cloves (crushed)
    1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
    1 bay leaf
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Directions:

    Combine all ingredients and place in bottom of crock-pot. Cover and cook on low for approximately 8 hours or until beef is tender.
